EliciBar was founded in 2017 in Praia Carbel, Sal Rei, with a singular purpose — to offer the island of Boa Vista a dining experience that it had never seen before. A place where classical French technique meets the vibrant spirit of Cape Verde, where the finest ingredients from around the world are brought together with care and artistry.
From our very first service, we knew we had created something special. The response from guests — local residents and international visitors alike — confirmed what we had dared to believe: that Sal Rei was ready for something truly extraordinary.
